Don't you hate it when you have an idea and then someone goes and does it and you didn't cause you didn't know how? well that is how it is for me with this, I had this idea a few years ago but it was more for the regular phone.
anyway, I don't know if this is just in Texas or all over and other cell carriers may have it as well. but if you dial #43 and then follow the instructions. basically what you do is hold the phone up to a radio playing a song off any station. it's really good if you don't know who the song is by title etc. well in a few minutes you will get a text message with the song title, singer, and where to get it as a ring tone. pretty cool eh?
I thought so!!!

Wow! That does sound cool. I don't even have a cell phone, but that is one more reason to get one. How did you find out about that particular feature?

well, they have another new thing that Is where I learned about it, if you send a blank message to 123. then you get a menu back that has 5 other things as well. like google sms, trivia, etc. the music thing was just one of the features on that list.

I wonder if that's just with cingular. I'll try with Tmobile, and we'll see what happens. 43 doesn't work, and I just bounced an msg to 123... still waiting... oop. sending failed. so.. that don't work.
